I don't understand why you can't just purchase the Sony Laptop Keyboard from hp and replace the keyboard yourself. On most laptops the keys pop out so that you can clean underneath them. Geek Squad is sooo overpriced! I used to work at Best Buy and my boyfriend used to work in the computers dept. there as well. Look on the net for how to take out keyboard for cleaning. If you can do that then you can probably replace it yourself. What people don't understand is that they can do many computer repairs themselves, especially software installation.
